Using the App and Website
The LIT Java website and mobile app are provided for ordering coffee, books, and related products, managing your account, and participating in café events and loyalty rewards. You agree to provide accurate account information and to use our services only for lawful, personal purposes.
Ordering and Pickup
Orders placed through the app or website are subject to item availability and café hours. Pickup times are estimates — we will notify you when your order is ready. You are responsible for arriving within a reasonable window to collect your order. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in cases of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
Loyalty Program
Loyalty points are earned and redeemed according to program rules shown in the app. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or expired as described in the program. LIT Java may modify loyalty terms with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app or website operation, harass staff or other customers, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
LIT Java provides the app and website “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
